Q j - ? - / SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT T * THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the z ± _ of fA J h ? 1950, "by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY,/a corporation of the State of Nevada, Party of the First Part," and PHILIP A. SHIPLEY, W.J. MOORE,JR., and BALLARD BARRON, Parties of the Second Part; WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the parties hereto on the 20th day of October, 1948, entered into an agreement (identified as ,,NML.D. 2109), for the construction of a water main in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and WHEREAS, said parties desire to revise said agreement as hereinafter provided: NOW, THEREFORE, i t is mutually agreed "by and betwoon the parties hereto as follows: 1 Section i . The Subdivider has constructed water mains to serve Unit No. 2, and proposes to construct additional water mains to serve U«it No. 3 of said Tract, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2 of Article I of said agreement dated October 20th, 1948. Section 2. I t is mutually agreed that: (a) The estimated co st to the Subdivider of the water mains constructed to serve said Unit No. 2, consisting of 6" oast iron water mains in location as indicated by dash yellow lines on said Exhibit "A",more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a connection with the 6” water main in Charleston Boulevard at Crestvood Are,, constructed pursuant to Section 1 of Article I of said agreement dated October 20th, 1948; thence easterly in Charleston Boulevard a distance gf 650 feet, more or less, to Eastern Avenue; thence southerly in Eastern Avenue a distance of 70O feet, More or less, to Peyton D^ive; thence westerly in Peyton Drive a distance of 650 .feet, more or less, to a connection with the 6" water line in Peyton Drive at Crestwood Avenue; and - 1 - A-3!
