Las Vegas, Nevada Attention: Mr, Al Freeman Dear Mr. Freeman: The Clark County Fair will be held at the Convention Center October 1 through October 5, 1969. This is to advise that Las Vegas Legal Secretaries are now selling Advance Tickets to the Fair. The book consists of three admission tickets, three door prize chances and discount tickets on rides for children. The price per book is $3.00. If you feel that you cannot give the books to your employees, may we suggest that you donate books to children1s groups or perhaps to the Family Service at Nellis Air Force Base for distribution to their personnel. Incidentally, we were able to place about fifty books with children's groups last year and we purchased these in order to enable children to attend who could not otherwise do so. We are a non-profit, professional organization and our money last year was spent on programs such as Mentally Retarded Children, Child Haven, Foster Parents of Nevada, and patients at convalescent homes. Should you decide that your organization would like to participate in the Fair in this manner, we would be happy to call at your convenience with tickets or to mail them out.
