Knickerbocker: File 9315-355, April 4, relative to providing water to industrial leases, at Las Vegas, particularly water for fire protection: to me entirely adequate and equitable, and recommend it’s adoj^ t ion. Lessees to obtain water for other than fire protection purposes, we are arranging for the service connections on the basis stated in your letter Maroh 6, file 9315-34, to Mr. Bracken, that is, Lessee will pay for meter as well as for water line connections from the main supply line. Assume it will be satisfactory to go ahead on this basis, submitting form for preparation of special water sales agreement in each case, and later submit separate agreement to oover service for fire protection along the lines as may be finally agreed upon.
