H, Gorapton January 20, 19^9 Sear Sirs Referring to your letter December 11th regarding easement for relocation of telephone line in oonneotion with conetruotion of the Ch&rleeton Blvd. underpass: Attached are two prints, Brwg. 3-H65, dated January lk, l)k9, showing proposed relocation of telephone line in Charleston Boulevard. This print shove in yellow the proposed location of the telephone line which we believe to be the alignment which will interfere with our property the least possible. You will note that we have shown an underground conduit across the corner of our property near the easterly end of the underpass. Vs have been advised by Mr. Monahan of the State Highway Department that the conorete block building shown on the print Just south of the temporary detour road will be removed upon completion of the underpass. Mr. Monahan advises this will then give ue an outlet from our property into Charleston Boulevard and Main Street. Please note that we have Indicated on the print that telephone Company should provide legal overhead clearance at the railroad tracks and at crossing with signal and Western Union lines. Will you plsase review this and, if alignment as shown on print is satisfactory, please advise ue and we will prepare prints to aooompany agreement and submit to our executives for approval. Very truly yours. A. M. Folger
