    On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5594, dated June 26, 1958, granting Standard Oil Company of California and Standard Gasoline Company easement for pipe lines and necessary appurtenances thereto for the transportation of oil and other related products along and under that certain strip of land situated partly in the City of Long Beach and partly in the City of Signal Hill, all in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, being a por­tion of Lot 3 2 , American Colony Tract, consideration $10.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5595s dated June 26, 1958, conveying to Anson E. Murphy and Herbert P. Murphy, that certain strip of land 100 feet in width situated partly in the City of Long Beach and partly in the City of Signal Hill, all in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, being a portion of Lot 3 2 , American Colony Tract; consideration $10o00 and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantors 1. All minerals and mineral rights Including oil and gas and rights thereto; 2. The perpetual right to enter upon and use that certain surface location, referred to as "Develop­ment Area", together with the right of access, in- -2
