Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D, No. 15944, dated January 10, 1968, with Williams Waterproofing & Painting Co., covering proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and all other items as required to paint the exterior of the Land Company*s warehouse at 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, Los Angeles County, California, work to be performed to the satisfaction of Land Company for a lump sum of #4,709.00, agreement effective December 28, 1967, work to be completed within sixty ( 6 o ) days; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed* \ LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION
