Hulsizer) JUN * \ i 1954 Referring to your D-73& of May 19th, file 704*35 relative to hilling LVL&WCo. for certain of the general ad* ministrative, management, engineering, legal and accounting expenses incurred by Union Pacific previously hilled to the Water Company under Agreement H.P. Audit Ho. 74531, dated November 30, 1950, which agreement was terminated by Agree* ment U.P. Audit No. 80300, dated August 1, 1953t As * except for the expense previously incurred in the preparation of the Joint facility bill, these services are, and since August 1, 1953» have been, rendered to the Water Company hy union Pacific the same as before, hilling ^ the Water Company therefor should not have been discontinued August 1, 1953, except for the item of |312.00. X concur in Mr. Bennett *s advice to you of May 21st that such hilling, ex* cept for the item mentioned, should now he retroactively rein* stated.
