E. Bennett with my letter of February 26, 1952. It is apparent that principal difference represents contributions to Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and Community Chest and dues paid the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. Regarding amounts listed under "Extraordinary Expenses!! and deducted from the total expense for the year 1951, the actual book figure charged to operating expenses on replace­ments of water lines amounts to $6,477.74, whereas you report these expenses as retirements in the amount of $7,328. DetaiiyP of amounts charged in accounts will also be found in exhibit of Operation and Maintenance Expense furnished Mr. E. E. Bennett with my letter of February 26, 1952.
