BRACKEN, AGT., LAS VEGAS, NEV. Account vs C.O.D.Laundry. Los Angeles, Cal,, April 14, 1910. Mr.Walter R.Bracken, Agent, Las Vegas, Revada. Lear Sir: Miss Selby has shorn me a letter written by Mr.Brunswig to you on April Eleventh relative to the laundry matter at Las Vegas. I notice that Mr.Brunswig refers in his letter to a claim which he has against C.G-.Brawn relative to laundry machinery, and am somewhat interested to learn whether the Brawn mentioned is the same party who used to he connected with Mr.Brunswig in the drug business. I notice that the name is spelled differently. Mr.Brunswig stated on the 'phone the other day that it will he unnecessary for us to levy an attachment on the machinery, and that we would have no trouble in getting the amount due us from the laundry company eventually. I presume as Judge Thomas has this matter in hand for Mr. Brunswig that we may rely upon him to see that we are protected. I wish you would please let me know who the biggest creditors are and what likelihood there is of the laundry company being reorganized, also who else was connected with it besides Mr.Brawn. Yours truly,
