Dear Sir: Mrs. Mildred Heffner, who owns a small house situated on Lots 14- and 15, in Block 11, is very anxious to purchase Lot 13, in Block 11. Mrs. Heffner has not the funds at this time to purchase this lot, hut wants to exchange two bonds, -one One Hundred Dollar bond and one Fifty Dollar bond,- for the lot.
