This exciting team is no stranger to this showcase but they have revamped their routine /with new contortions and spec- tacular bits. Darvas and Julia brought new /attention to the adagio-acrobatic field and continually improve* This is a standout act* The Six Frielanis is a bicycle and unicycle troupe. Trios of ) males and females do unique NITEUFE stunts and climax?╟╓ with six on a bicycle?╟÷four high. , THE REVUE has excellent pro- duction numbers which include an. 1880 Kansas sequence, modern interpretive dancing, an Alladin?╟╓s lantp tneme and a version of the Sadie Thompson legend? Featured songstress is Monde Pony Sherrell who penned words and music of the show with Phil Moody, chic Joyce Roberts and the darling Mitsouko Morigai, plus the dancing and prancing semi-nudes. With Hackett and the Darvas and Julia team the Latin Quarter has an excellent floorshow. Playroom's a Cozy Retreat With Music Our perambulating brought us to the smart, intimate Playroom. Located on W. 58th St., it is a cozy retreat operated by brothers George and Jerry Gold. In a comer of the room is a small platform on which an ex- cellent trio performs. Bobby Cole is the slim lad who tinkles the piano with expertness. He has good rhythmic backing by a string bass and electric guitar. THE COLE TRIO is basically an instrumental group but they have put together some excellent vocal arrangements.
