Company has no record t i t l e to water bein g taken from tunnel. These mining claims and tunnel thereon are the property o f the P a c ific Southwest Trust and Savings Bank. They may be dormant as regards actual op eration but the t i t l e , ta x e s ,e t c ., are complete. I t would seem d e s ira b le to a scerta in the actual source o f th is water and take steps to p ro tect t i t l e to the same. Reference to map attached to abstract w i l l in d io a te the remote p o s s ib ilit y that the source o f supply may be on p u b lic lends n o rth erly o f mining claim. 6.
