Miller and Merle Frehner, covers garage and wash rack location at Main and Ogden Streets on the rear of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, C.L.Y.f. Miller and Frehner have obtained a new looatlon on South 5th Street and desire to terminate this lease as of June 30th. Will you kindly have termination rider prepared to cover. In this connection, both of the adjoining lessees have made application for the site. C. 0. MoUanlel, Chrysler dealer, occupying Let 3 and the front of Lot 2, under Lease 10219, wishes to use the site for displaying new and used ears. Bert Webb, operating the Grooery Store on the front of Lot 1, wishes to use it for customers parking. Perhaps a Joint arrangement can be worked out to their mutual satisfaction, subject to your approval, but whatever arrangements are worked out should include removal of the galvanised iron shed and filling up of the repair pit In the garage.
