O R D E R At a general session of the Public Service Commission of Nevada, held at its offices In Carson City, Nev­ada, June £1, 1952 Present: J. F. Shaughnessy, Chairman George N. Malone, Commissioner H. . Martin, Commissioner Lee S, Scott, Secretary It appearing, that the © has been filed with the Public Service Commission of Nevada, an application by South Nevada Land and Development Company, for an increase invsater rates in bardie Addition, and It further ap earing, that a public hearing was held and no appearance was made In support of the application, IT IS ORDERED, that the application be dismissed with­out prejudice, and that the rates, rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission prior to August 1, 1931, shall constitute the lawful rates, rules and regulations of South Nevada Land and Development in bardie Addition, until further order of this commission.
