On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing, on behalf of this Company, Agreement C.L.D. No. 2531» dated and effective March 12, 1942, with Lomita Gasoline Company, "Licensee11, covering license for the construction, maintenance and use of a 2-inch pipe line across this Company's property in Lot J+l, American Colony Tract, near California Avenue and Spring Street, Long Beach, Calif., for the purpose of conveying liquefied petroleum gas; subject to revocation by LVL&ArCo. upon 60 days written notice; said license being subject to agreement between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Pan American Petroleum Company, dated July 12, 1923 (LVL&WCo.'s Contract Audit No. 4292, Land Company and Richfield Oil Corporation succeeding to interests of said oarties respectively, being lease of said property for purpose of prospecting and drilling for oil and gas); consideration $10.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted*. WHEREAS, due to owners of certain lots purchased from this Company in Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, Las Vegas, Nevada, encountering difficulty in securing title insurance acceptable for financing, on account of reversion in event of violation of
