No. 15242-1, dated October 26, 1965* addressed to Trust Department, Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, Pomona, California, wherein Las Vegas Land and Water Company consents in Its capacity as Assignee of Fred J, Russell to execution by Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, as Executor of Estate of Pete Borba, Jr., of agreement assigning to Forrest Beebower all rights and duties held by Pete Borba, Jr., pursuant to certain lease dated August 5» 1965» covering growing of crops on approximately 398 acres of land purchased by Las Vegas Land and Water Company from Fred J. Bussell, In the County of Riverside, California; be, and the same Is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
