In this connection I have to ask if you will not change the width you fixed for the lots for the cottages which was forty feet and moke it fifty feet instead, which would take in two of the lots as platted on the townsite map, allowing sixteen cottages to the "block instead of twenty. The additional construction cost would only "be for the ten feet of fencing in front and rear of lots. The cottages would present a more attractive appearance "by reason of the greater width and would "be more desirable and possibly could be rented for a dollar or two more a month.
