Sir: You are hereby advised that authority has been granted for you to expend a sum not exceeding $300.00 in the open market purchase of 100 cords of wood, at not to exceed $3.00 per cord, required for heating, cooking, and irrigationg purposes at your school, as requested and for the reasons stated in your letter dated the 21st ultimo, provided your school apporpriation be not exceeded thereby.
