Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Bunker moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. 313.74 feet to the true point of beginning; all of which lies in the Southwest one quarter of aforementioned Section 35, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B. & M. be and the same are hereby vacated.
