    May Ik, 1953 Mr, Richard Toleno 900 South 5th Street has Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr, Tolenos I understand that you are doing business as Paradise Parle and are the owner and Subdivider of Paradise Park, in which you propose to construct water lines under an agreement with the Water Company in accordance with provisions of Nevada Public Service Commission Hole 9, to map of Paradise Park, recently submitted to my office, which is numbered k0?62k and recorded in Book 3* page of Plats, Clark County Nevada Records, X note the owner*® dedication does not include the dedication of public utility easements shown on the map.
