    * On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Godfrey and Assistant Secretary How in executing Co Le D. 15430, agreement dated July 14, 1966 by and between City of Industry, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, agreeing to share the cost and obligation of con-= structing, reconstructing, widening and improving that portion of Seventh Avenue between Proctor Avenue southerly to the San Jose Creek bed, in City of Industry, California; City to perform the work and bill the Water Company upon completion; actual cost, however, not to exceed $65,000.00. Work to be commenced promptly after execution of agreement, and pursued to completion in a diligent manner, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in signing letter of agreement bearing C. L® D. No® 15567, dated September 9, 1966 accepting proposal of Richard P. McGuire to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, plans and other items as required to landscape area around the International Harvester Building at the southeast corner of Seventh and Proctor avenues, in City of Industry, California, for a consideration of $3,865.00, work to be performed to the satisfaction of phe Vice President or authorized representative of the Land Company, work to commence 2-
