No, 15511*2, dated July 5, 1968 between John M, Ferrero and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, extending term of agreement Audit No, 11021, covering lease of land for growing of crops in City of Industry, California to and including July 31, 1969, rental for the extended term shall be $150.00 per month payable in advance} be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
