    1 EASEMENT STRIP FOUR 9 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 24 25 26 27 That certain strip of land 20 feet in width in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and being portions of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, SE 1/4 SE 1/4 section 28, the S 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 27 and the N 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 34, all in T. 20 S., R. 6l E., M.D.B.&M., said 20 foot wide strip of land lying 5 feet measured at right angles on the southerly side and 15 feet, measured at right angles on the northerly side of the following described survey line: Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Main Street, distant thereon s. 27° 45 » w. 16.2 feet from the westerly prolongation of the center line of Ogden Avenue (formerly Ogden Street) as said streets are shown on map of Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, recorded in Book 1, page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence N. 62° 28' w. 669.5 feet; thence s. 85° 5 5 ’ 56" W. 1223.1 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the east line of said Section 28, said intersection lying southerly, measured along said east line of said Section 28, a distance of 1288.9 feet from the southerly boundary line of Bonanza Road as said Bonanza Road now exists 60 feet wide; thence S, 85° 531 39» w> l325 f eet, more or less, to a point in a line parallel to and lying easterly a distance of 7-5 feet, measured at right angles, from the west line of said NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 e x h i b i t "f " Page 8 . 28
