dissimilar cause or event not in your control which would prevent the presentation of any or all of the performances hereunder. 6. You agree to accord top billing to Red Skelton as the sole principal star of the Great Allentown Pair, in and in connection with the performances and in all adver- tising and publicity pertaining to the Fair or to.the per- formances . 7. You agree that there shall be no hawking or sale of concessions of any kind' in the arena of the grand- stand during the performances. i You shall not make or permit any still or motion pictures or other visual or sound recording for any commercial purposes, or any radio or television broad- casting of the performances hereunder, without our express written approval. 8. "Gross receipts", for the purpose of this agreement, shall mean all revenues of whatsoever nature received from the sale of admissions to the performances hereunder, without any deduction for cost and expenses of any nature, except such State and Federal admission taxes as may be required by law. You further agree to keep an accurate set of books which shall reflect all receipts from the sale of admissions to the grandstand for the performances here- under, and such books and records shall be available to us and/or our representative for inspection at any time prior, during or after the engagement hereunder. You further agree that we and/or our representa- tive shall have the right to check the number and numbers of tickets printed, box office receipts, ticket sales and admissions concerning the engagement hereunder at any time whatsoever, before, during and after said engagement, and to examine any and all statements of account reflecting all receipts in connection with the performances contained within this agreement, and to examine any and all state- ments rendered in any connection with State and Federal admission taxes, if any, which shall reflect the entire box office receipts of the shows furnished hereunder.
