D* Boon Dear Sir* This letter refers to verbal request of Mr* H* B« Moon| Superintendent for Charleston Park Mutual Homes, that we advise him as to whether the 8s water sain constructed in Oakey Blvd* between Spencer Avenue and Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, which was constructed under his supervision under Agreements between you and the Water Company and which are numbered 2770 and 2770-3, both dated February 8, 1954, was satisfactorily constructed and is acceptable to Las Vegas Land and Water Company* The above described water main in Qakey Blvd* constitutes only a portion of the water mains covered by the above mention-id agreements and with the understanding that you will comply with all of the terms and provisions of the above numbered Agreements, not only for the 8“ water main in Oakey Blvd* but all of the other water mains that are also covered by the above mentioned Agreements, 1 am willing to advise that the above described 8B water main in Oakey Blvd* was satisfactorily constructed in accordance with the terms of our specifications and is acceptable to the Las Vegas Land and later Company* Very truly yours,
