Easement dated January 28, 195b, between Paradise Grove, Ino. and Lae Vegas Land and Water Company, which has been recorded In Book 2, Clark County Records., Nevada and assigned Dooument No. 2529, ooverlng the easterly 5 feet of Lot 2b and the northerly 5 feet of Lots 22, 23 and 2b, all In aaid Paradise Grove Tract, Las Vegaa, Nevada. 2. Polloy of Title Inauranoe Policy No. LV 33191 Issued by Pioneer Title Inauranoe and Trust Company. Please note that work order authority for construction of pipe lines to serve Paradise Grove Subdivision was requested by Nr. Reinhardt's letter of February 16, 195b, file l-733b, to Hr. A. E. Stoddard, also that agreement to cover same Is now In the process of being prepared by Mr. Gory.
