LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Fred J. Russell 745 Following Authority for Expenditure request approved by the President, was received for ratification: A. F. E. No. 4(W. 0. No. 20) issued July 29, 1965 purchasing approximately 520 acres of land located adjacent to and easterly of Etiwanda Avenue, and South of U. S. Highway 60, bi-sected by Railroad right of way at M. P. 46, Mira Loma, California, required for development of future industrial area. Total estimated expenditure .. $2,580,000 Estimated cost of additional property, chargeable to land and public improvements, Mira Loma, California...$2,580,000. Adopted
