I agree.\ RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey in executing lease bearing C. L. D. 15368, dated April 25, 1967 with Los Angeles County Flood Control District, leasing for term beginning February 1, 1966 and extending to and including January 31, 1967 portion of land as shown on Exhibits "A”, "B" and "C" attached to said C.L.D. 15368, in City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California; Lessor reserving the right to place and maintain signs advertising Union Pacific Railroad, agreement providing that no improvements placed on the leased premises by the Lessee shall become part of the realty; Lessee agrees to pay for the use of said premises $4,232.00 per annum; leased premises to be used for flood control construction work areas, and for work area in connection with shoofly track grading; Lessee may permit the United States Corps of Engineers use of the leased premises; Lessee to indemnify and hold harmless Lessor from all liens, claims, demands or loss in any way way connected with occupation of the premises or growing out of work done, labor performed, or materials furnished; Lessee agrees to vacate and surrender lease premises upon termination, restoring surface of ground to good condition; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
