Agreement with Estella C. Beam and F. H. Fox covering installation of water mains in Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, and L.A.&S.L. Agreement (should be L.V.L.&W.Oo.) with Mastercraft Homes, Inc. covering installation of water mains in Charleston Square Tract 1, inasmuch as the Las Vegas Land and Water Company is no longer engaged in business, there sis apparently nothing to be done under either agreements heretofore entered into by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company for the installation of water mains as all such agreements were assigned to the Las Vegas Valley Water District which is now the real party in IntgrreBtv of these agreements. I assume the same will be true as to all CALVIN M. CORY
