Referring to Paragraph 5 of the d ra ft wherein i t states, "Copy o f provisions contained in our usual form o f contract is available f o r inspection in ngr o f f ic e " • Using as a ghide one o f the recently prepared agreements covering a Rule 9 contract, I have prepared and submit herewith two copies o f typical Agreement which contains a l l o f the provisions of our usual form o f contract fo r in sta lla tio n o f water mains which w i ll be in stalled by the Water Company under Rule 9of the Rules and Regulations of the Water Company on f i l e with the Nevada Public Service Commission. W ill you please approve the attached form o f Agreement as containing a l l o f the provisions that should be contained in our usual form of contract and which may be used fo r inspection by Subdiviers in my o ffic e as provided fo r under Paragraph 5 o f attached draft o f le tte r to Subd ivider.
