As i t is l i k e ly th at vne w ill/ have to pass at times as much as 180 gallon s per minute you can ireadiay see that the statement you make in your l e t t e r o f July 18th is e n tir e ly wrong. W ill you please at once take steps to have th is meter replaced w ith at le a s t a 6 inch meter, jwitgi only one machine running we are lo s in g at le a s t 50/ o f the water which we are returning at the present t ime. / Tours tr u ly , GW OCA
