Bennett Referring to WQ*s 6$S and 680 Authorizing construo-tion of water mains to serve Tracts 1 and 2 of Westlelgh Addition, Las Vegas, Nevadas As stated in my letter of February 29, 1952 to Mr. Cory with copy to you, the Federal Development Company, due to delay In scouring City approval of the balance of the Subdivision, deferred completion of all of the water mains provided for under Agreements CA 10571, dated January 29, 1955- and GA 10599* dated September 18, 1951* To -permit closing out these projects, I am enclos­ing duplicate originals of Supplemental Agreements NLD 2427-2 and 2502-2, amending the original Agreement to cover the work as actually performed. The Supplemental Agreements have been executed by the Subdivider and I recommended execution on be­half of the Mater Company. Mr, Cory advises the documents may be executed by you* Attached to Mr. Bennett*s copy, for approval and filing with the Auditor, Is Bill of Sal© NLD No. 2502-1, dated March 21, 1952, executed by the Development Co, conveying to Las Vegas- Land and Water Company title to the water lines constructed under Agreement CA 10599 and Supplemental Agreement HLD 2502-2* Title to the water lines installed pursuant to Agreement CA 10571 was conveyed to the Mater Company by Bill of Sale NLD 2427-1 dated September 18, 1951, which has been recorded and is being forwarded to the Auditor for filing.
