Las Vegas - January 9, 1945 W 12-1-5 Mr. Charles Adams: In accordance with your letter December 27, 1944, regarding lease audit No. 9967 in favor of Alfred Carlone, covering premises at Ogden and Main Streets which expires February 28, 1945.
