Purchaser shall be liable for the payment of all taxes and assessments levied or assessed against parcel purchased, attributable to the period subsequent to the time of conveyance. Land Company will upon completion of engineering data, enter into agreement with Los Angeles County Sanitation District for sewer line to be con­structed along the northerly and easterly boundaries of the option parcel, to connect into outfall sewer line in Turnbull Canyon Road; purchaser at its expense to arrange for any other sewer, gas, water, and utilities connection desired by the purchaser. Purchaser granted privilege of entering upon the premises for the purpose of making surveys, and foundation tests, indemnify­ing Land Company from and against any and all loss, damage, liability, cost and expense which Land Company may sustain or bear.
