IAS VEGAS LAND a n d water company RESOLUTION Admiral Outdoor Advertising, Inc* 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing Letter of Agreement bearing C. L. D. No* 15554 dated August 22, 1966 with Admiral Outdoor Advertising, Inc., accepting its proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and other items as required to construct a bulletin board structure on property of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company fronting on Valley Boulevard near Sixth Avenue, in City of Industry, California, and to paint faces of said billboard pursuant to Land Company’s approved art design, for a consideration of $2,360*00, work to be completed approximately sixty days after execution of agreement, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
