LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER RESOLUTION HARRY G. TOY OLD 15805-2 On motion duly seconded. It was RESOLVED, that the action o£ Vice President T. E. Haramill In executing extension rider C. L. D. No. 158C5-2, extending term o£ agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Harry G. Toy, an Individual, covering lease of premises for growing of crops at Dominguez, Los Angeles County, California, to and Including June 30, 1969 rental for the extended term shall be $2,000.00 per annum, payable one half on July 1, 1968 and one half on January 1, 1969, In advance, be, and the same Is hereby ratified, approved, and confirmed.
