1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 ever which will not reasonably Interfere with the maintenance and operation of said facilities by the Water Company, It is expressly understood and agreed that certain of said pipe lines are located under or adjacent to the railroad tracks and other railroad facilities and improvements owned and operated by the Railroad Companies in and around their railroad yards and shop grounds at Las Vegas* Nevada# and that the license and permission herein granted is subject and subordinate to the right of the Railroad Companies to maintain and operate their existing tracks and railroad facilities and to construct, maintain and operate other railroad tracks and railroad facilities of every kind and character The Water Company shall have reasonable access to said pipe lines and power, telephone and telemeter lines for the purpose of maintaining, operating and renewing the same, but the Water Company at its sole coat and expense shall take such steps as are required by sound engineering practice to prevent damage to or interruption of service over the railroad tracks or interference with the operation of railroad facilities of the Railroad Companies by reason of work performed by the Water Company in the maintenance, operation or renewal of said pipe lines and power, telephone or telemeter lines. The Water Company shall give the Railroad Companies 24 hours* advance notice prior to the commencement of any work in connection with the maintenance or renewal of said pipe lines and said power, telephone and telemeter lines. Within a reasonable time after receipt of written notice from the Railroad Companies requesting the same the Water Company shall, at its sole cost and expense, relocate 5.
