There Is enclosed fo r your information, copy of my le tte r to At|torney-Oeneral Gray Mashburn from which you w ill note the Commission has called upon the Attorney-General to bring the action in question. I am informed that he has sent a l l papers in the case to the d is t r ic t Attorney at Las Vegas with the request that he begin the action in question. The Attorney-General seem ed to be much worried about the proposition of securing service on the Scotch Syndicate when such a proceeding is begun.
