3* The plans and specifications for and the location of the s&ld pipe lines shall be satisfactory to the undersigned and the cost of the work of constructing said pipe lines to be refunded by the undersigned to the Subdivider under the provisions of said Buie 9 shall be in an amount satisfactory to the undersized. 4. Said pipe lines shall be laid in public streets or alleys or on a private right of way furnished by the Subdivider to the undersigned as disclosed by a policy of title insurance to be furnished by the Sub-divider to the undersigned by the PIONEER TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY in fora satisfactory to the undersigned and with limits of liability of $1*000*00. 5* Title to all of said mains shall be vested in the undersigned. 6* Said formal contract shall contain all of the other conditions contained in the usual form of contract executed by the undersigned under Rule 9 of a aid Rules and* Regulations with persons desiring extension of water mains.
