I now enclose final application from Huntrldge Development Company for water service to the last 44 houses in Blocks 3, 5 and 8 as referred to in last paragraph in my letter April 2. this provides for 2200 feet of pipe at an estimated cost of $5,?82.0O and includes an S-lnch connection on Maryland Parkway to provide for a circulating system.
