On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and Assistant Secretary S. J. How in executing Lease Agreement C. L.D. No. 15841, dated March 28, 1968, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Henry W. Eilers, E. Myrl Eilers, D. Garry Eilers, Anna Marie Hunt, Elizabeth Edna Reed, and James J. Eilers, individuals, collectively called "Lessee", leasing a five acre parcel of land for a drill site in the Dominguez area of Los Angeles County, California; term com­mencing on July 13, 1967 continuing in force and effect so long as oil or gas is being produced from leased area in paying quantities, and in the event Lessee does not cause oil or gas to be produced in paying quantities from leased area by July 12, 1969 lease shall terminate; however, if Lessee’s operations result in production as stipulated, rental, payable in advance, in amount of $500.00 per month will be charged so long as oil or gas is produced in paying quantities, no rental being charged until such production ensues; that in determining the production of oil and gas in paying quantities, US
