Incorporates all of the suggestions which I have received from you and Mr. McNamee or from our Company officials to date and I shall appreciate knowing if you have any further suggestions to make. In order to comply with the first suggestion contained in Mr. McNaraee*3 letter of May 7» 1954, I propose to revise the langaage of paragraph (2) on the first page of Instrument Transferring Interests in Heal and Personal Property to read as follows: "(2) All of the Certificates of Appropriation issued by the State Engineer of Nevada authorizing the Grantor to appropriate water for municipal and domestic or for irrigation and domestic use r e f erred to on the list hereto attached, marked Exhibit HB" and made a part hereof, and any permits issued by the said State Engineer under Applications Nos. 15628 and 15629 authorizing the Grantor to drill water wells upon the land referred to in paragraph (3 ) of this instrument.” We have not yet received the permits from the State Engineer for the two additional water wells, but we should receive the permits under the two applications above men
