Los Angeles, June 4, 1942 1-7334 Mr. Charles Adame: Referring to my airmail letter of April 15th to Mr. Ashby, copy to you, regarding sale to Messrs. Clark, Cahlan and Grant of approximately 10 acres of land at Las Vegas for sub-division purposes, which sale was authorised at a consideration of #500.00 per acre: property, to be delivered to the purchaser upon fulfillment by them of the terms of the sale arrangement. Will you kindly arrange to have requisite revenue stamps affixed, and for delivery of the document to the purchaser. When delivery has been made, please advise amount of revenue stamps affixed so that I may in turn give this information to Mr. Bennewitz. I am enclosing fully executed deed to the ec—Mr. W| H.
