Auditor. Dear Sir: I hare your favor of May 28 . It seems to me the most practical way of handling the matter would be to hare the land Company, which is to collect the rent from the tenants, include in its chargee any bills for electric current, and the Bailroad Company in turn to make collections from the land Company for such electricity. This would obviate the necessity of two companies dealing with the tenants. I understand that Mr. McJfamee now has in hand the matter of securing a regular franchise in the name of las Vegas land & Water Company for the construction and maintenance of the pole line. HnO Very truly yours, t|§ S. HAhSTED Copy to Mr .J,Boss Clark.
