V LAS VEGAS LAND QUITCLAIM DEED THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, a municipal corporation of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, the undersigned, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar Cll.OO), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents hereby release, remise, sell and forever quitclaim unto the LAS VEGAS LAND & WATER COMPANY, A corporation of the County of Clark, State of ^evada, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain water pipe line located within that area described in that certain Grant, Bargain and Sale Deed executed on the 29th day of March, 19U8, by and between V. B. HARRINGTON And JOYCE G. HARRINGTON, husband and wife, WILLIAM F. KUERT, an unmarried man, C. H. WADSWORTH and NORMA WADSWORTH, husband and wife, and E. A. HONRATH and SONYA HONRATH, husband and wife, and STEPHEN CEDZO and the CITY OF LAS VEGAS, recorded under File No* 302345 in Book 59, Page 26 of Deeds in the records in the County Recorder’s Office, Clark County, Nevada. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said above described pipe line unto said grantee, its successors and assigns, forever, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of 1 ” ........... presents to be executed by its Mayor and atteste a Notary Public in and for the County of Clark, State of Nevada, C. D.
