DETECTIVE AGENCY Commissioner Peccole moved the application of William E. Black for license to op­erate a Detective Agency be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. SALARY INCREASES Commissioner Peccole moved that pursuant to the recommendation of the City Manager that Ralston Hawkins, Assistant City Attorney be raised from Step 2 to Step A, Schedule 24, being an increase from $381.00 to $426.00 per month. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. Commissioner Bunker moved that pursuant to the recommendation of the City Manager Fred Powell, Police Department be raised from Step 2 to Step 3, Schedule 21, being an increase from $322.00 to $341.00 per month. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. Commissioner Bunker moved that pursuant to the recommendation of the City Manager, Grant Lytle, Police Department be raised from Step 2 to Step 3, Schedule 21, being an increase from $322 to $341 per month. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. Commissioner Peccole moved that pursuant to the recommendation of the City Manager, Wayne McDorman, Police Department be raised from Step 2 to Step 3, Schedule 21, being an increase from $322 to $341 per month, Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker, and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. Commissioner Bunker moved that pursuant to the recommendation of the City Manager, Johnny Moran, Police Department be raised from Step 2 to Step 3, Schedule 21, being an increase from $322 to $341 per month. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. Commissioner Jarrett moved that pursuant to the recommendation of the City Manager, Ray Sheffer, Police Department be raised from Step 2 to Step 3, Schedule 21, being an increase from $322 to $341 per month. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Jarrett moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker.
