heating and furnace units to convert said units to operate on natural gas after first securing a permit therefor. SECTION 5. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed five hundred ($500) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the City Jail for not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each separate day or any portion thereof during which any violation of this Ordinance occurs or continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as herein provided. SECTION 6. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. SECTION 7. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 672, which amended Section 2.10 of the Warm Air Heating Code, as adopted by Ordinance No. 607, is amended to read as follows: Every Warm Air Heating Certificate of Qualification for a Warm Air Heating Installer shall remain in force and effect from date of issue, providing, however, that all such Certificates must be validated by the Department of building and Safety prior to January 31st of each year. There shall be no fee for validation. Every Warm Air Heating Certificate of Qualification for a Warm Air Heating Contractor shall expire on December 31st of each year.
