Bates Refers to your letter of Sept.29,1955 file 569) Referring to Mr. Johnson* s letter of January 12,1956, file 085 having reference to yours of September 29, 1955 and January 9, 1956, file Bp 19-1-8, relative annual carryover on Forms AFE-1, Estimated Expenditures for Investment in Road and Equipment,** for the Las Vegas Land and Water Companyi orders were completed as of December 31» 1955 and have been covered by closeout reports except Work Order 790 covering the sale to Las Vegas Valley of certain property and water facilities etc. at Las Vegas, Nevada. Under date of September 29, 1955» Mr. Bates advised that the escrow in this transaction had not been closed and probably would not be until after January 1, 1956. By copy of this letter, am requesting Mr. Bates to please advise whether there will be further expense chargeable to this authority and it should be qarried over to 1956 for financial completion. / All Las Vegas Land and Water Company work V ,
