However, after several conferences we convinced him we could not deliver the water if we did not have it, and that our first obligation was to serve the city. Ho water has been delivered to the Stewart burial plot so far this month, as the reservoir has never been full enough to allow the water to flow over the spillway and down the has Vegas creek to the Ranch,
