PIKE (a single man), of Las Vegas, Nevada, in consideration of $10*00 the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY, a corporation, all that real property situate in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, bounded and described as follows: The Southeast quarter (SEi) of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Twenty (20) South, Range Sixty-one (6l) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, containing l6l*27 acres, more or less. SUBJECT to the reservation of all rights to oil and gas produced upon said premises for a period of twenty years '% ! from and after May 21, 1923, contained in that certain Deed dated May 21, 1923, wherein Rose Huntsman and Wm. H* Chapman are Grantors and Wm. H. Pike is grantee, which Deed was recorded May 2S, 1923» in Book 9 of Deeds, page 22>5» Clark County, Nevada, Records.
